In 2018-2020 was the coordinator of the project for the advanced training of Ukrainian nurses in Poland within the framework of the Medsestra.pl project of the Central and Eastern Europe Development Fund in Lublin.

Since 2020, co-founder and head of the board of Medimost. The company integrates medical workers from Eastern Europe into the Polish healthcare system.

Together with the Medimost team, received a development grant from the Polish Enterprise Development Agency (Polska Agencja Rozwoju Przedsiębiorczości) under the Eastern Poland Operational Program.
