    Registration of a LLB company (limited liability company) in Poland

    The procedures for registering a company with the National Court Register can be completed entirely online, provided that all founders have an ePUAP trusted signature. In order to have such a signature, you will need a PESEL number (of a resident of Poland). Once the company is registered, it must be reported to the Register of Beneficial Owners. The Bridge-Business team can efficiently carry out all the above steps

     

    The registration of the company should take place approximately 2 weeks after the order is accepted

    Virtual office

    Incoming correspondence will be scanned and forwarded to the client via e-mail or designated communicator. A representative of Bridge-Business will register a Postal Power of Attorney on himself, which will make it possible to receive official correspondence from courts and other public institutions

    The client does not need to rent a dedicated office, even less so if they intend to work remotely in Poland

    The client’s employee does not need to be on site when correspondence, courier shipments need to be picked up

    Bank account

    The Most-Biznesu team will recommend a bank that serves companies owned by foreigners. The client will make an appointment with the bank’s consultant, who will be provided with all the data necessary for a quick settlement. During the meeting, personal data will be verified, documents will be signed and the first trial login to the bank’s online system will take place.

    The Most-Biznesu team can also assist with the day-to-day operation of the bank account.

    The client will not have to search independently for a bank that serves companies established by foreigners

    Customer’s management representatives will come to the bank’s consultant for a specific, mutually agreed upon date in advance

    All the data necessary to deal with the bank will be provided and verified in advance by the Most-Biznesu Team

    Accounting and personnel matters

    The Bridge-Business team will recommend a proven accounting office that provides services in Ukrainian or Russian as standard. The above-mentioned office will also conduct formal procedures for hiring employees and the legally required reporting.

    The Most-Biznesu team can also support ongoing cooperation with the accounting office

    All applicable tax and reporting procedures in Poland will be properly implemented

    Communication with the accounting office can be conducted in Ukrainian or Russian.

    Legality of entry, stay and work

    The Most-Biznesu team will prepare the necessary documents for the client’s founders or employees to obtain entry visas, residence and work rights

    All applicable procedures for legal residence and work of foreigners in Poland will be properly implemented

    The client will not risk having to pay potential fines or receive an extradition order

    Formal-legal or organizational conduct of affairs in relation to RP authorities and business partners

    The Most-Biznesu Team:
